What Are We Doing

The Society continues to view all planning applications and make representations where appropriate to the local Planning Authority.

 

We keep a watching brief on works to Listed Buildings within the Conservation Area.  A representative of The Society attends the monthly Town Council Meeting to enable The Society to have a working relationship with the Town Council offering support to projects of common interest.  

 

Plans on all aspects affecting Chipping Campden up to 2031 are currently being developed by Cotswold District Council in their Local Plan and by the Town Council in their Neighbourhood Plan. The Society is making its views known at every stage of the consultation process.

 

We support the current School Car Park and new access road initiative to relieve the town of school traffic.
